Cover the bottom pallet of the heat press with an additional shirt to increase the   pressure of the heat press. Have the heat press pressure set at medium around 6 kg/m2. 

Every heat press is a little different so please adjust the settings accordingly. Please use a heat strips to make sure your heat press is heating evenly .

Set heat press at 400F 

Preheat the shirt for 15 sec

Press the transfer for 15 sec facing the ink side towards the shirt

Rub with dry rag for 3 sec

Hot peel the transfer
